Taught by Amy, these classes are built to be inclusive, empowering, and body-positive fun for everyone. Amy’s teaching blends her New York/ Philadelphia attitude with nurturing guidance—she’s your mentor, hype-girl, and safe space, all in one! We begin with foundational mechanics— - Twerk: Detailed lessons on how to do each movement, including proper squat stance, hip hinge, core stability, and muscle isolations - Heels: How to walk in heels, body alignment, posture, balance, and control - Hip hop: Learning isolations, masculine vs feminine body movements, flow, and style through dynamic movement and choreography for all levels. Alongside foundational technique, each class features choreography, movement and energy exercises, plus time at the end to practice, record, and hype up your classmates. Party Events Twerk party: Join our fun, themed “twerk parties” featuring upbeat music, curated playlists, festive vibes and a judgment-free atmosphere—as seen in other successful studio events, perfect for bachelorette parties, birthday parties, or vacation fun!
