Audy “La Pantera” is the driving force behind authentic and unforgettable experiences in Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic. With over 10 years of experience in dance, entertainment, event planning, and tours, he has established himself as a key figure connecting local culture with travelers seeking a genuine and unique Dominican experience. His knowledge of the island's best spots, contacts, and experiences allows him to design one-of-a-kind moments that blend music, dance, adventure, community, and the true essence of the Dominican Republic.
Alara Noor, Bachatadicted
Alara is a passionate dance teacher originally from Europe, a world traveler, and a lover of traditional bachata. Her connection to Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic, stems from her love for the culture, music, and authenticity of this Caribbean paradise. Through dance, Alara shares her energy, elegance, and passion for creating unique experiences that unite people, rhythms, and unforgettable destinations.
Emilito Herrera, Cuban Salsa Power
Emilito is a respected Cuban Salsa and Bachata instructor with international teaching experience and years of professional training work. He has taught and performed across Europe and directed performance teams in Lady Styling and partnerwork. Now specializing in Dominican Bachata, he focuses on preserving its authentic roots and connecting people through dance.

Lodging
Lodging for 13 nights and 14 days in double-occupancy rooms—both in Santo Domingo and Las Terrenas, the scheduled locations of the tour—is included in the retreat package price. Single-occupancy rooms are available for an additional fee.

Day off in Las Terrenas
On this tour, the days off are designed for you to enjoy Las Terrenas your own way, with time to relax, explore, or add new experiences based on your travel style. These are not empty days, but flexible moments within the adventure to keep enjoying the destination.
What is included during these days?
Accommodation, evening social events together, and guidance / planning preparation on how to spend your day.
We have a curated list of various activities and excursions for an extra cost.
Important:
Dinner is not included in the entire trip, just breakfast and lunch on activity days.
Optional experiences available through ViveRD:
Organized by our trusted local tour guides, including massages, local shopping, dance classes, local gastronomy, ATV tours, surfing and water sports, visits to beaches and special hidden spots in Las Terrenas.

Accomodations - Where You'll Stay
Villas Mariposas - Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic
You’ll stay at Villa Mariposa, a charming property just a 5-minute walk from both the town center and Playa Las Ballenas, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, and beach spots to explore.
The accommodations feature air-conditioned villas with various types of rooms, including either double-occupancy or single-occupancy rooms. Double-occupancy rooms are included in the regular pricing and single-occupancy rooms are available for an extra charge. Rooms will be assigned for you, but we’re happy to take requests if you have a preference.
Prices and Payment
ViveRD retreat can be reserved with a $600 USD nonrefundable deposit through Paypal or Remitly.
The deposit is applied toward and included in the total purchase price; it is not an additional amount.
We offer a variety of payment plans and options, and we’ll walk you through everything when you reach out— including recommended flight arrival times. Just a reminder that flights are not included in the retreat price listed below.

Flights are separate: Flights aren’t included in the retreat package, so you’ll book the one that works best for you. Once you’re signed up, we’ll send you all the details and recommended arrival times to make everything smooth and stress-free.
Additional Information
Refund and Cancellation Policy
AAA Talento Tours & Experiences
At AAATalento.com, we believe in transparency, organization, and respect for both our travelers and our team. Due to the planning, advance reservations, and operational expenses involved in each experience, we have established the following payment, cancellation, and refund policy.
1. Trip Reservation
To confirm any trip, tour, or experience organized by AAA Talento, an initial deposit of USD $600 per person is required.
This deposit:

Is non-refundable.

Is used to secure spaces, logistical coordination, reservations, staff, transportation, events, and advance planning.

Guarantees the traveler's participation in the selected experience.
2. Credit for Future Trips
Although the USD $600 deposit is non-refundable, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
For this reason, the customer may use this amount as a credit toward another future trip or experience organized by AAA Talento, subject to availability and within the company's travel calendar.
Conditions:

The credit must be used within a period agreed upon with the company.

Changes will be subject to available dates and updated pricing for the new trip.

The credit may not be transferred to another person without prior authorization from AAA Talento.
3. Trip Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation by the customer:

Any amount paid above the initial USD $600 deposit will be treated as a prepayment toward the trip.

Any potential refund will be processed after the official completion of the scheduled trip, as many expenses and financial commitments are made in advance with hotels, transportation providers, artists, staff, activities, and vendors.
This allows us to verify non-recoverable costs before calculating any balance available for refund.
4. Refund Processing Time
If a partial refund is applicable, it will be reviewed and processed once the originally scheduled trip has concluded, within a reasonable administrative timeframe.
AAA Talento will evaluate:

Reservations already paid to third parties.

Administrative and logistical expenses.

Services already committed to for the participant.
5. Cancellations by the Company
If AAA Talento cancels a trip due to operational reasons, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances, the customer may choose to:

Transfer the amount paid to a new travel date.

Receive a credit toward another experience.
-
Request a refund, which will be evaluated based on expenses already incurred and the specific conditions of the trip.
6. Acceptance of the Policy
By making a deposit or payment for any experience organized by AAA Talento, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this cancellation and refund policy.
Our goal is to be fair, transparent, and honest with all of our travelers while protecting the organization and quality of each experience we make possible.
