Refund and Cancellation Policy

AAA Talento Tours & Experiences

At AAATalento.com, we believe in transparency, organization, and respect for both our travelers and our team. Due to the planning, advance reservations, and operational expenses involved in each experience, we have established the following payment, cancellation, and refund policy.

1. Trip Reservation

To confirm any trip, tour, or experience organized by AAA Talento, an initial deposit of USD $500 per person is required.

This deposit:

• Is non-refundable.

• Is used to secure spaces, logistical coordination, reservations, staff, transportation, events, and advance planning.

• Guarantees the traveler's participation in the selected experience.

2. Credit for Future Trips

Although the USD $500 deposit is non-refundable, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.

For this reason, the customer may use this amount as a credit toward another future trip or experience organized by AAA Talento, subject to availability and within the company's travel calendar.

Conditions:

• The credit must be used within a period agreed upon with the company.

• Changes will be subject to available dates and updated pricing for the new trip.

• The credit may not be transferred to another person without prior authorization from AAA Talento.

3. Trip Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation by the customer:

• Any amount paid above the initial USD $500 deposit will be treated as a prepayment toward the trip.

• Any potential refund will be processed after the official completion of the scheduled trip, as many expenses and financial commitments are made in advance with hotels, transportation providers, artists, staff, activities, and vendors.

This allows us to verify non-recoverable costs before calculating any balance available for refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

If a partial refund is applicable, it will be reviewed and processed once the originally scheduled trip has concluded, within a reasonable administrative timeframe.

AAA Talento will evaluate:

• Reservations already paid to third parties.

• Administrative and logistical expenses.

• Services already committed to for the participant.

5. Cancellations by the Company

If AAA Talento cancels a trip due to operational reasons, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances, the customer may choose to:

• Transfer the amount paid to a new travel date.

• Receive a credit toward another experience.

• Request a refund, which will be evaluated based on expenses already incurred and the specific conditions of the trip.

6. Acceptance of the Policy

By making a deposit or payment for any experience organized by AAA Talento, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this cancellation and refund policy.

Our goal is to be fair, transparent, and honest with all of our travelers while protecting the organization and quality of each experience we make possible.
